The creator of the television show, America’s Next Top Model has now become Hollywood’s next top home flipper. The supermodel grew a huge interest in acquiring properties in the California neighborhood over the years. Her mission is to give the house a total make-over and turn it into a real profit.

Just like how she dominated the fashion industry, Banks is doing a pretty awesome job in the real-estate business. Just recently, she bought another house in the Pacific Palisades, which is going to be her next project.

Tyra Banks' Next House Project

Tyra Banks has been buying houses to remodel and resell over the past years.

Built in 1949, Banks is by far the second title holder of the ancestral house. There has been only one family residing in it ever since. It didn’t have much of a major renovation, but thanks to the fashion mogul, the house is about to get its biggest transformation yet!

Banks is planning to remodel the entire property into a farmhouse-themed beach house. The whole lot is approximately 6,300 square feet wide, but the remodeling will mainly focus on the 1,600-square-foot gated interior space.

The single-story pad has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The previous owner has done a marvelous design on its conventional living room and dining area. It also has a cavern with a rock-wall furnace and a sun-room. Outside, there is a cultivated backyard with a brick courtyard through the sliding glass doors.

Banks clearly chooses properties as meticulously as she is with selecting her top models in ANTM. This is already the fifth estate that she snapped up in the Los Angeles community. She reportedly acquired the house for about $3 million.
