That includes the stunning boathouse that has a shower outside, a new break wall, an adjacent heated car-park that can fit at least two vehicles, and two outdoor televisions that are fully-functional throughout the year.
The boathouse is fully-equipped with a modern-day entertainment system and jet-ski lifts for recreational purposes. There is also a cozy upper deck where you can host a riverside party. Kid Rock probably grills some barbecue in there while watching football with friends. Or you can take your Netflix and chill game to the next level; sunbathing on the deck while binge-watching.
